IHOP isn’t for special occasions. It’s for making everyday, run-of-the-mill occasions more special. In 2016, we won the business for Campbell Ewald by serving a campaign that encouraged IHOP’s audience to "Eat Up Every Moment." My team's assignment on the pitch was to explore the moments that happen during the a meal – from walking in the door, to interacting with staff, earning rewards, what happens when the bill comes, and even what happens when a “friend” tries to sneak a taste from your plate when you’re in the restroom.
